Atlas Fiscal Solutions is a Kenyan Firm that provides a one-stop-shop solution to help companies across the East-African region meet the needs of a dynamic business environment. The Kenyan government’s Vision 2030 aims to transform the country into a newly industrialising middle-income country that provides a high quality of life for all its citizens. AFS seeks to encourage tax compliance by simplifying tax compliance capacity for the business community and building sustainable capacity among taxpayers. However, over time, taxpayers in the region have felt negatively perceived by revenue authorities, leading to a disconnection between the two. AFS provides a solution to the knowledge gap challenge that exists due to lack of understanding of the Kenyan Tax Regime. We also undertake services in capacity building targeted at prospective startups, public companies, County Governments, private Firms, SMEs and individuals. AFS also helps foreign investors and strives to help them to understand the Kenyan tax regimes, immigration and business permits that are required to operate in Kenya.
