Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Sales and Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating reservations, and driving sales efforts to achieve company targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and implement sales and reservation strategies.
- Promote sales and client relationship management
- Promote and convert inquiries to sales.
- Present clear and engaging product information to attract and inform prospective clients.
- Address and resolve inquiries and concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Manage all aspects of booking inquiries and update reservation status promptly.
- Provide clients with prompt, professional, and courteous assistance at all times.
- Assist guests in planning their itineraries to enhance their experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated sales/reservations experience in the hospitality industry with 2 years at the management level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Position: Hotel Accountant
Location: Karatina, Nyeri.
Our client, is a medium-sized hotel and equal-opportunity employer, seeking a qualified accountant to oversee and manage all aspects of its financial operations.
Job Summary: The accountant, who will be reporting to the Managing Director shall be responsible for tracking revenue and expenses, preparing financial statements and reports, managing payroll, and controlling costs.
* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets.
* Manage inventory accounting and cost controls.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
* Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA - Advanced level
* At least 3 years’ experience as an accountant, preferably in the hotel industry.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
